Migrations: between control and resistance

This article presents an approach to the phenomenon of migration based on recent research. Starting from a first mapping of mobilities and their contexts, we delve into analyzes focused on the structures of migration control and, subsequently, on the resistance that occur in response to the structural framework for migration management.
Finally, some brief conclusions are collected that highlight the relevance of analyzing migrations from a broad perspective, taking into account the different relationships, interests and subjectivities that are interconnected, in a phenomenon that goes beyond transnational residential change.
